Sales Negotiator

Our client, a leading player in the property industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in Swanley.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to thrive in a growing market, with excellent transport links to London and a mix of suburban and rural properties.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential property sales and valuations, with a deep understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, providing expert advice and exceptional customer service throughout the valuation and sales process.
- Stay ahead of market trends, local property values, and competitor activity to provide insightful advice and strategies.
- Liaise with solicitors and mortgage brokers through to sales conclusion, referral of Mortgage Business and other related services.
