Job Title: Sales Negotiator

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at The CLR Group. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating applicants for our properties, responding to enquiries, arranging viewings, and negotiating offers with both vendors and applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate applicants for our properties through our existing database
  • Respond to enquiries from property portals and negotiate offers
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Attend property valuations
  • Train new staff members
  • Negotiate offers with both vendors and applicants
Requirements:
  • Money-driven and target-focused
  • Articulate and professional
  • Ambitious and results-driven
Benefits:
  • Basic salary up to £20,000
  • On-target earnings (OTE) commission and basic salary up to £45,000
