Job Title: Sales NegotiatorWe are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating applicants for our properties, responding to enquiries, arranging viewings, and negotiating offers with vendors and applicants.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate applicants for our properties through our existing database
- Respond to enquiries from property portals and negotiate offers with vendors and applicants
- Arrange and conduct viewings of our properties
- Attend property valuations and provide expert advice
- Train new staff members and provide guidance on sales techniques
- Meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the property market and industry trends
- Ability to build strong relationships with vendors, applicants, and colleagues
- Competitive basic salary up to £20,000
- On-target earnings (OTE) commission and basic salary up to £45,000
