The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our Pelvic Health Physiotherapy team at University Hospital Wishaw and NHS Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will work with our high-performing team to provide assessment and treatment of antenatal and postnatal out-patients with musculoskeletal and pelvic floor dysfunction conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physiotherapy treatment in both scheduled and unscheduled care within the acute postnatal and gynaecology wards
- Work with a wide variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal and pelvic floor dysfunction
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
- Registered Physiotherapist with valid HCPC Registration
- Postgraduate expertise within the speciality/area of practice
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards within the speciality/area of practice
- Leadership skills to enable the day-to-day management of service delivery
