Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team at Bucks and Berks Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers, suppliers, and contractors to manage supplies and services, ensuring the efficient delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing new client projects from start to delivery, including ongoing management and optimisation.
  • Leading on data collection and preparing reports to update the management team on project progress.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with clients, employees, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Acting as a point of contact for programme participants.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and providing administrative support.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £30k - £35k per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm, office-based in Beaconsfield.
