Temporary Administrative Support Role

£120 per day

This Temporary Administrative Support position is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, successful tech company in their central London office on Tuesday and Thursday. As the Temporary Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Ensuring smooth daily functioning of the office
  2. Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
  3. Handling incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary
  4. Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering as needed
  5. Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports
  6. Supporting HR with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  7. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  8. Other administrative tasks as assigned

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  5. Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
