Missile Test Architecture Engineer - Graduate Programme 2025

Location: Stevenage or Bolton

Job Type: Graduate Programme

Salary: £31,000 plus £3,000 joining bonus

Working Pattern: On-site and at-home working, with a blend of 2-3 days on-site per week.

Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship. HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) required.

About the Role

As a Missile Test Architecture Engineer, you will work with a wide range of technical functions to provide direct input towards project delivery across the business. You will be responsible for working on allocated projects, collaborating with various people and departments within MBDA, and contributing to the development of missile systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Production testing of electronics, including specifying testing and managing test coverage vs cost trade-offs.
  • Missile Built in Test design and coverage analysis, ensuring the missile can test itself effectively.
  • Missile Test Equipment specification, design, and delivery.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a degree-qualified engineer in an Electrical/Electronic, Systems, or similar discipline, with a minimum 2.2 degree. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
