Missile Test Architecture Engineer

Join our team at MBDA as a Missile Test Architecture Engineer and embark on a 2-year graduate programme starting in September 2025. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test architectures for our missiles, working closely with various technical functions to drive project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement test architectures for missiles, ensuring effective testing and validation of systems.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop safe and effective test routines.
  • Specify and deliver missile test equipment, ensuring high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline (preferably Electrical/Electronic, Systems or similar) with a minimum 2.2.
  • Strong understanding of test and validation principles, with experience in designing and implementing test architectures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
