Missile Test Architecture Engineer - Graduate Programme 2025

Salary: £31,000 plus £3,000 joining bonus

MBDA offers a unique blend of on-site and at-home working to suit the needs of the role and the individual. To gain maximum benefit from the scheme, candidates should expect to be on-site 2 or 3 days a week.

As a Missile Test Architecture Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team deployed across all project teams. The team consists of electrical, test, safety and reliability, and mechanical engineers.

You will work with a wide range of technical functions and provide direct input towards project delivery across the business. Within the role, you'll be working on allocated projects, which could be at any stage of its lifecycle.

The role comes with the experience of working with various people and departments within MBDA to achieve successful delivery of your project.

During the programme, you'll get the opportunity to collaborate and learn from the Test Architecture department on a broad range of topics touching all aspects of the missile, including:

  • Production testing of electronics, specifying the testing and managing test coverage vs cost trade-offs.
  • Missile Built in Test design and coverage analysis, ensuring the Missile is able to test itself effectively.
