Asda Express Store Leadership Role

As a Store Manager at Asda Express, you will be responsible for driving sales, setting standards, and delivering key performance indicators. You will be the key motivator, maintaining morale and creating an operation that keeps customers coming back. Your role will involve supporting Asda's pricing strategy and keeping costs low.
As part of the leadership team, you will work on a rolling rota which will include weekends, evenings, and sometimes late nights. Your role will require you to be adaptable to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
About You
We are looking for a naturally friendly and flexible individual who is able to work well in a team. You will be a strong coach, role model, and mentor who inspires the team to be the best they can be. You will need to be able to deal with management issues such as disciplinary and grievances in a professional manner, as well as manage rota planning and holidays.
