Early Childhood Education Professional

Austin Fraser is seeking a qualified and experienced Key Stage 1 teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a KS1 teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to develop engaging activities and materials that captivate young learners' interests.
Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will hold a recognized teaching qualification with experience in teaching KS1 and possess a sound knowledge of the KS1 framework and best practices in early childhood education.
Responsibilities- Lesson Planning: Create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Classroom Environment: Establish a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and encouraged to explore.
- Communication: Collaborate with parents and carers to discuss their children's development and progress.
- Progress Monitoring: Assess and monitor children's progress, identifying and reporting any issues that may arise.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a recognized teaching qualification with experience in teaching KS1.
- KS1 Expertise: Possess a sound knowledge of the KS1 framework and best practices in early childhood education.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to effectively connect with young children, parents, and colleagues.
