Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

We're looking for a motivated and caring individual to fill the role of Autism Special Educational Needs Support Professional. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students with autism and special educational needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils in the classroom, small groups, and one-to-one
- Implement positive reinforcement techniques and behaviour-based instruction
- Follow children's specialised support plans to help them achieve their full potential
- Support the teacher in the classroom, including marking and delivering lessons
Required Skills and Qualifications: Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in childhood studies or TA course) and experience in the care sector or a similar setting are essential. A genuine interest in helping support children with extra needs is also required.
