About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our Education department as a Lunchtime Assistant. As a Lunchtime Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the welfare and social care of our pupils with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lunchtime duties, ensuring the pupils receive a safe and enjoyable mealtime experience.
- Provide general welfare and social care support to pupils, under the direct instruction of teaching/supervisory staff/therapists.
- Engage pupils in stimulating activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements
- Commitment to providing exceptional care and support to pupils with complex needs.
- Ability to work under direct instruction and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
