Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £11.45 per hour, along with various benefits including 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) raising to 35 days at two years' service, an opportunity to 'cash in' 1 week's leave a year, employee assistance scheme, free on-site parking, pension scheme, and death in service benefits.

About the Role

We are looking for caring and supportive individuals who can work on a rota, including working shifts which cover both daytime, evenings and some weekends as well as bank holidays and sleeping over on some nights. As a Support Worker, you will have a positive and sensitive approach to supporting people with daily activities and enjoy helping people learn and explore new things.
