Job Title: Engineering Quality Inspector

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Engineering Quality Inspector to join our team at Purely Recruitment Solutions. As an Engineering Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Verification: You will be responsible for verifying the quality of parts and components produced in our manufacturing facility, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Quality Support: You will provide quality support to our production team, assisting with the identification and resolution of quality issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future defects.
  • Measurement and Inspection: You will operate and maintain various measuring equipment, including coordinate measuring machines, to ensure accurate and precise measurements.
  • Quality Assurance: You will support our Quality Assurance team in conducting internal calibration of measuring equipment, ensuring that all equipment is calibrated and certified to the required standards.
  • Quality Audits: You will conduct routine quality and 5S audits to ensure that our production processes are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Communication: You will work closely with our production team, Quality Assurance team, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration to achieve quality goals.

Desirable Attributes:

We are looking for candidates with an engineering background, preferably with experience in turning, milling, or other mechanical or inspection disciplines. Training will be provided for the right candidate where applicable.
