Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional maintenance and repair services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' requirements and needs through proactive engagement with contract support staff, engineers, and management.
- Carry out routine maintenance and remedial actions at allocated sites, adhering to contractual obligations and delivering high-quality results.
- Liaise with clients and site representatives in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive experience.
- Collaborate closely with contract managers and contract support administrators to provide the necessary site cover and adapt to changing requirements.
- Provide real-time feedback and updates via our CAFM system, utilizing the tablet provided.
- Perform weekly fire alarm testing, monthly tap temperature testing, and monthly emergency light testing.
- Conduct PPM on all HVAC plant to SFG20 specification, excluding specialist equipment.
- Respond to reactive callouts as required.
- Complete onsite logbooks and ensure accurate records.
- Meet and escort sub-contractors as necessary.
Requirements:
- Hold a relevant electrical qualification.
- Understand the urgency of call types for each client.
- Be IT literate with attention to detail.
- Have a strong electrical bias, but multiskilled qualifications are also acceptable.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role.
- Possess the potential to progress to a supervisory position.
- Be a strong team player with a positive attitude to work.
- Exhibit a strong customer focus with a professional and friendly manner.
