Job Title: Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Building Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team as a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to commercial sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites, including offices, schools, and universities
  • Deal with plant rooms, fan coils, water testing, emergency lighting, basic plumbing, and compliance
  • Work on a variety of maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical work
  • Travel to sites across the region, including Camberley, Farnham, Guildford, and Windsor
  • Work on a rotational on-call basis, one week in eight

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification
  • Strong working background in building services maintenance
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Based in a commutable distance to the region
  • Happy to travel as a regional engineer
