Job Title: Mobile Building Services Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team as a Mobile Building Services Engineer. This is a full-time, permanent position covering an area including Camberley, Farnham, Guildford, and Windsor.

Job Summary:

This role involves working on commercial sites, including offices, schools, and universities, performing planned and reactive maintenance tasks such as plant room maintenance, fan coil maintenance, water testing, emergency lighting, basic plumbing, and compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks on commercial sites
  • Carrying out plant room maintenance, fan coil maintenance, and water testing
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification
  • Strong working background in building services maintenance
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to travel as a regional engineer
  • Happy to join the on-call rota
