Senior Curriculum Administrator

Job Summary:
The Senior Curriculum Administrator will oversee the day-to-day administrative work required by the Head of College, including supervision and line management of administrative staff. This role requires someone qualified to Level 3 and with experience of managing and leading a team, as well as supervising the work of others in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement agreed systems and processes that are customer-facing and place the learner at the heart of the school's work.
- Support the Head of College Administration in the development of a set of service standards for the administrative team.
- Capture timetabling and rooming information within an agreed College planning cycle.
- Complete the school's calendar, including learner voice meetings, school meetings, enrolment events, awards, and parents' evenings.
- Provide information as required to the Principalship administrative team.
Requirements:
- Qualified to Level 3.
- Experience of managing and leading a team.
- Supervising the work of others in an educational environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work under pressure and meet administrative deadlines.
