Job Summary:

The Senior Curriculum Administrator will oversee the day-to-day administrative work required by the Head of College, including supervision and line management of administrative staff. This role requires someone qualified to Level 3 and with experience of managing and leading a team, as well as supervising the work of others in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement agreed systems and processes that are customer-facing and place the learner at the heart of the school's work.
  • Support the Head of College Administration in the development of a set of service standards for the administrative team.
  • Capture timetabling and rooming information within an agreed College planning cycle.
  • Complete the school's calendar, including learner voice meetings, school meetings, enrolment events, awards, and parents' evenings.
  • Provide information as required to the Principalship administrative team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to Level 3.
  • Experience of managing and leading a team.
  • Supervising the work of others in an educational environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and meet administrative deadlines.
