We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insolvency Administrator to join our established team at Levitate Recruitment - Accountancy and Insolvency Recruitment Specialists.

About the Role

As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 3 staff, providing on-the-job training and guidance. You will act as the lead on jobs undertaken, liaising with Directors and Solicitors to obtain legal advice and responding promptly to formal communications.

You will also attend meetings with creditors and shareholders, preparing statements of affairs and estimated outcome statements, monitoring job WIP and costs to budget, and allocating costs where appropriate.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with the firm's marketing activities and identify risk issues, drawing them to the attention of management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of up to 3 staff, providing on-the-job training and guidance
  • Act as the lead on jobs undertaken, liaising with Directors and Solicitors
  • Respond promptly to formal communications
  • Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders
  • Prepare statements of affairs and estimated outcome statements
