Coventry Building Society is seeking a skilled Financial Crime Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of financial crime and its impact, as well as excellent customer service skills.

The role will involve answering inbound Financial Crime calls, dealing with general enquiries, and delivering a first point of contact resolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping and supporting internal stakeholders and members in relation to Fraud and Financial Crime, providing clear and accurate information in an empathetic, friendly, and efficient way.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound Financial Crime calls and dealing with general enquiries
  • Delivering a first point of contact resolution
  • Helping and supporting internal stakeholders and members in relation to Fraud and Financial Crime
  • Providing clear and accurate information in an empathetic, friendly, and efficient way

The role will operate on a shifted basis over Monday to Friday 8am – 7.30pm and Saturday 9am – 2pm. After training is complete, there will be 2 days in the office a week.
