Infrastructure Commissioning Specialist

Are you a highly motivated and experienced mechanical engineer looking to take on a challenging commissioning role? We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Commissioning Specialist to join our team in Kent. This is a hands-on position involving on-site work, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of vital infrastructure projects.
Main Responsibilities:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background to execute commissioning plans and procedures for MEICA systems within the water treatment plant. Key responsibilities include conducting pre-commissioning inspections, performing functional testing, troubleshooting issues, preparing commissioning records, and coordinating with other engineers and contractors.
Safety and Quality:
Our ideal candidate will adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner. They will also contribute to maintaining high-quality standards during the commissioning process, identifying and addressing potential quality issues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field) or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience in commissioning water treatment plants or similar infrastructure projects is essential. You should have a strong understanding of MEICA systems, proficiency in reading technical drawings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive daily rate of £450 per day. Opportunities for potential extension of the contract based on performance are also available.
