Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate counsellor to join our team of neurodivergent practitioners. As an Integrative Counsellor, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, empowering them to re-ignite their preferred hopes and dreams through narrative therapy techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing a non-judgmental and authentic relationship with clients
  • Utilizing narrative therapy techniques to facilitate personal growth and empowerment
  • Working collaboratively with clients to co-construct their journey towards preferred outcomes

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages
  • Experience working with individuals who have experienced loss, anxiety, depression, cultural differences, and other challenges
  • Familiarity with online video counselling platforms

Benefits

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
