Job Title: Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Support or Youth Worker to join our team at Academics Ltd.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, and will be able to support children to manage and regulate challenging behaviours.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with SEMH needs in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for students

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs
  • Ability to support children to manage and regulate challenging behaviours
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
