About the Job

The Lignum Group is looking for a seasoned Roofing Sales Manager Leader to oversee sales operations across a defined territory. This role entails developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving product adoption, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and execute a robust regional sales plan aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
  2. Promote product utilization through targeted initiatives and collaborations.
  3. Cultivate partnerships with internal sales teams to enhance roofing opportunity closure.
  4. Participate in the development of the roofing sales strategy and contribute to cross-functional efforts to drive sales and service excellence.
  5. Promote a unified team mindset throughout all sales structures.
  6. Maintain high standards of operational efficiency, including reporting, CRM management, and customer communication.
  7. Strengthen relationships with customers to unlock full potential and drive revenue growth.
  8. Build and manage a robust site pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
  9. Analyze sales data to inform commercial decisions and leverage emerging technologies to optimize sales processes.
  10. Drive change and innovation to maintain competitiveness.
  11. Collaborate with customers to develop tailored business plans and deliver sustainable value growth.
  12. Offer insights to internal stakeholders on customer needs and market trends.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $220,000 per year
