Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of individualised care across a 24-hour period, in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to children and their families.
  • Collaborate with the Multidisciplinary Team to deliver individualised care plans.
  • Contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC registration.
  • Experience working with children and their families.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus benefits.
