Animal Care Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in veterinary nursing, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for animals. They will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our patients and providing exceptional care to pet owners.
The responsibilities of this role include assisting veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and other procedures. They will also provide nursing care to hospitalized animals, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
A key aspect of this role will be educating pet owners on preventative care, nutrition, and post-operative care. The successful candidate will maintain accurate medical records and assist with laboratory procedures.
Additionally, they will manage inventory, sterilize instruments, and maintain the cleanliness of the clinic. This role requires supporting the team in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth clinic workflow.
This role offers an attractive salary package of £30,000-£40,000 per annum, based on experience.
