About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the manufacture and maintenance of mechanical equipment, including press tools, jigs, and fixtures, utilizing traditional toolroom equipment and EDM machines.

  • Operate EDM machines to produce precision tools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient production processes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a tooling environment, preferably in the automotive or aerospace industry. A relevant Manufacturing/Engineering qualification or considerable practical experience is required.

This role offers a competitive salary, starting at £42,000 per annum, and a range of benefits including a cycle to work scheme and employer pension contribution.
