Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of outsourcing assignments, including review of monthly/quarterly management accounts, VAT returns, bookkeeping, and cash flow reports.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on finance functions, VAT compliance, and tax investigations.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients, advising on optimum processes and systems.
  • Manage a team of trainee, assistant, and management accountants, while offering guidance and training.
  • Lead fee discussions, billing processes, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, enabling you to truly shape their businesses.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients and delivering outsourcing services
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems (Xero, Dext, Approval Max, QBO)
  • Proven experience in team management and line management
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tax compliance, including MTD
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
