We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Compliance Specialist to join our team at Orion Electrotech. As a leading player in the aerospace sector, we strive for excellence in every aspect of our operations.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EASA, CAA, and Part 21G regulations, with proven experience working within a regulated aerospace environment. They will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to these regulations across all production activities, conducting audits and inspections to guarantee compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Strong communication skills are essential, as they will work closely with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the creation and maintenance of documentation related to quality control and regulatory compliance, continuously monitoring and improving quality management systems to enhance operational efficiency.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, private medical care cover, and a private company pension scheme with an employer contribution of up to 8%.
