Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in Verwood. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of pharmacy professionals in providing excellent customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services and increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Collaborate with other pharmacy professionals to ensure seamless delivery of pharmacy services.
- Coach and develop pharmacy staff to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Monitor and report on pharmacy performance metrics.
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
