About the Role

Nuffield Health is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) to join our clinical team. As a key member of our emotional wellbeing team, you will provide high-quality CBT services to private sector clients, working with a diverse client base from self-pay, GP, corporate clients, and private medical insurance referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver remote and face-to-face assessments and treatments, either as standalone therapy or part of a comprehensive package of vocational rehabilitation care, supported by our experienced case management and administration team.
  • Work with a range of Nuffield Health locations, providing flexible and adaptable services to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Accreditation to the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate diploma in CBT or equivalent.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a focus on patient care and customer satisfaction.
