The Role: Mental Health Recovery Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our team at Moultrie Road Nursing Home. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals recovering from severe mental illness.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to service users, assisting them in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.
  • Work collaboratively with service users to develop individualized recovery plans that address their unique needs and challenges.
  • Facilitate group activities and social events to promote engagement and build a sense of community.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service user progress and interventions.
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the care team, including nurses, support workers, and volunteers.
