About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) to join our Mental Health team at Nuffield Health. As a CBT Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy to private sector clients, working from a range of Nuffield Health locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality CBT therapy to private sector clients, including those referred by private medical insurance, corporate, GP, and self-pay referrals.
  • Work flexibly, delivering remote and face-to-face assessments and treatments, supported by our experienced administrative teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the best possible care.
Requirements
  • Accreditation to the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) is essential.
  • A postgraduate diploma in CBT or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent IT, organisation, and communication skills are essential, with a focus on patient care and customer satisfaction.
