Support Worker

The post holder will be required to work within a multi-disciplinary age independent, secondary care community mental health service. This will provide a service to people who are in need of secondary care mental health services who require assessment and diagnosis to determine the required interventions to maximise recovery and independence.
The post holder will have responsibility for the delivery of the service, under supervision of qualified practitioners, to individual clients and their families and carers via a range of evidence based interventions.
The post holder will ensure that all organisational systems and processes are adhered to. The post holder will manage their own time and organise workload balancing competing and conflicting priorities
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role you MUST have significant experience of working with people with complex and significant mental health difficulties.
You must also have an UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle that you can use for work purposes.
You must have a valid right to work in the UK as this position will not be considered for sponsorship.
