Job Title: Director of Strategic Partnerships

Q Networkers Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Strategic Partnerships Team. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with national advice firms, financial advice networks, industry bodies, and compliance service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic partnerships strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring panel positions and relationships are maintained to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new commercial opportunities.
  • Oversee the roll-out of the strategy to achieve quarterly sales targets and agreed Key Performance Indicators.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business and its tax efficient investment suite.
  • Generate reports for internal use, as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in developing relationships within the adviser market, ideally at a senior level.
  • Leadership experience and knowledge of tax efficient services.
  • Hold or working towards industry-specific exams.
  • Experience selling an investment solution to the IFA channel.
