About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a key member of our Marketing Division, you will be responsible for managing all group graphic design needs and acting as a brand guardian.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce all company catalogues, magazines, literature, and promotional materials using industry-standard software.
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital media, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage work priorities allocated by the Marketing Manager, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Provide additional support as required within the Group, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive success.
  • Develop designs for in-house point-of-sale and exhibition displays, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Design mixed-media content, including social media, email, web, and sales collateral, to engage and inform our audience.
  • Deliver digital and printed designs, including onsite assets, that meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Manage and develop our brand, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Manage external resources, including video and photography, to support our marketing strategy.
  • Work to tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and delivering high-quality designs that meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including the Adobe Suite.
  • Basic understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Experience in brand management and development, with a proven track record of success.
