**Overview**:
Wolds Food Group, a rapidly growing culinary enterprise known for its eight thriving cafes and artisan butcher, is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. As we continue to expand, we are dedicated to enhancing our brand presence and reaching a broader audience. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced marketing professional to contribute to the success of a flourishing business.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Marketing Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Wolds Food Group's cafes and artisan butcher.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

2. **Content Creation and Design**:

- Utilise Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator to create visually compelling marketing materials, including Point of Sale (POS) displays, promotional collateral, and branding elements.
- Design engaging social media content to enhance online presence across various platforms.

3. **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and curate content for Wolds Food Group's social media channels.
- Implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

4. **Campaign Execution**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive footfall to cafes and promote the artisan butcher.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for optimal results.

5. **Collaboration with External Partners**:

- Work with external agencies and vendors to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and collaborators to extend the reach of Wolds Food Group.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on design using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in Point-of-Sale design, branding, and social media content.
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail in design.
- Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Compensation**:

- Starting Annual Salary: £23,000.00
- Bonus Scheme: Performance-based, tied to the success of marketing activities.
