About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage Team at the Europa Hotel. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to our guests, ensuring the highest standard of service and meeting their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverages to guests, clearing and setting tables, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
  • Ensure all cash, charges, floats, and till procedures are carried out correctly.
  • Greet guests and respond to their queries in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Maintain the security of stock areas and report any breaches immediately.
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel's offerings and proactive in selling these to guests.
  • Deal with guest concerns politely and efficiently, reporting them to the Supervisor/Manager on duty.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to maintain a harmonious working environment.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.

About You

We value our people and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and has excellent communication and basic numeracy skills. Previous experience serving food and beverages is desirable but not essential, as our Food and Beverage Team will provide full training.
