Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to strengthen community ties and improve overall well-being.
  • Collaborating with local stakeholders to identify areas of need and allocate resources effectively.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with the community, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of leadership in community development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving positive change.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing priorities.
