Adecco UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Housing Management Professional to join their team as an Intensive Support Specialist. This exciting opportunity will see you take responsibility for delivering intensive housing management support to residents living within independent living schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain thorough records of all contact with residents and support providers/professionals, utilizing relevant systems as appropriate.
- Carry out suitability assessments, tenancy sign-ups, and empty homes management to ensure the scheme is well managed, safe, and clean.
- Liaise with care teams and external agencies to provide a holistic package of support to residents.
- A background in Housing with strong knowledge of tenancy issues.
- Experience working with people with complex needs would be beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and record-keeping abilities.
- The confidence to work independently and manage own workload.
- A competitive salary of £28,254.
- A full UK driving license is required due to the dispersed nature of the properties.
