Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, allied health professionals, physicians) for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across the US.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through networking, referrals, and online job boards.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and best practices in US healthcare staffing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- 2+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing/recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the US healthcare industry, including job roles, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
