About the Role

We are seeking a Station Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Grand Central Railway Company Limited. As a key member of our station staff, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face customer service to passengers, responding to queries, and ensuring a safe and comfortable station environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with Network Rail representatives and other Train Operator staff to ensure a smooth and efficient station operation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, reporting any facility issues or equipment faults to the relevant authorities.
  • Cover a variety of shifts across a 7-day work roster, including early starts and late finishes.
