SEN Tutor Position

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to provide support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs in a temporary part-time position.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to each student's specific needs.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance the learning experience.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students' needs are met.
- Experience working with students with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
- Patience and empathy when working with students facing learning challenges.
- A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching students with SEN.
- Understanding of SEN strategies and accommodations.
- Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
- Knowledge of educational resources and tools for SEN students.
- Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling.
- Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to support student development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
