About the Role

">

This demanding position would suit those from a contact centre, trade union, HR, legal, advisory, care, or nursing background. As a key member of our team, you will be required to work in the Cardiff Gate office for approximately six weeks to undertake your induction training.

Following this, you will work in the office for a minimum of two days a week to allow us to fully support you in your journey as a nursing professional.

We are looking for individuals who have a proven record of excellent customer service skills, excel at verbal and written communication, possess strong problem-solving and reasoning skills, and are technologically proficient.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to empathise with those in professional and personal difficulty, having insight and relevant life skills and experiences.

The Royal College of Nursing offers a highly competitive salary of £43,000 - £54,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus annual leave up to 43 days including bank holidays.
