About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Support Professional to join our Community Nursing Service in South & East Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and community setting.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for undertaking Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) duties as required by the clinical area. This will involve implementing prescribed plans of care under indirect supervision of a registered practitioner, assessing the effectiveness of the care provided and feeding back results. You will also undertake non-nursing duties and clerical tasks as required in the clinical area.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment. You must have good interpersonal and people skills, with the ability to communicate honestly when under pressure. A good standard of written and spoken English is essential, and you will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality.

You should work well as part of a team, taking ownership and responsibility for providing a safe and excellent service to patients within your care. You will need to be proactive and organised, with the ability to travel between bases in a timely manner. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
