The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our team as a Secretary (Employment Relations). As the first point of contact, you will provide excellent customer service to a diverse membership, including distressed members at times.

You will also support the team with various administrative duties, including diary management. Flexibility of tasks is a key component of this role, we strive to provide the best possible service to our members and officers we support, so having the ability to adapt is valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our members
  • Support the team with various administrative duties, including diary management
  • Use your initiative to take personal ownership of projects and prioritise your workload
  • Have a methodical approach to work, with excellent typing and word processing skills, including working knowledge of MS Office
