Position Overview

Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) is a key focus area for IFS, with substantial investments aimed at establishing market leadership within a three-year timeframe.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Partner Account Executive to contribute to this exciting initiative.

The primary role involves cultivating and enhancing relationships with our strategic partners to ensure mutual success on a global scale. This position demands a blend of strategic insight, relationship management expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and partner requirements.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities. Negotiation skills and the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight are essential, along with maintaining professional conduct at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement partner account strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key partners, acting as their primary liaison within the organization.
  • Collaborate across departments, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to deepen partner relationships and generate additional revenue.
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights regarding partner opportunities to senior management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, offering strategic guidance to help them maximize the benefits of our solutions.
Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in partner or channel management, ideally within the SaaS sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and credibility with partners at various organizational levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
