Key Responsibilities- Provide cleaning and maintenance services to a high standard, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Manager, Team Leader, Support Workers, and Volunteers to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the service's policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of cleaning schedules and rotas, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in cleaning and maintenance.
- Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and service users.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols and guidelines, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
