Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care Northampton. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Good physical health and ability to lift and move clients as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
